Land: Prideland
Description: Taki is a dark brown almost black lion. He has a shaggy mane and sharp claws. He teeth are also sharp in order to defend those he wants to defend. Taki's muscles are strong and lithe and when he moves his muscles ripple with ease. This young lion is not one to be messed with when angry. Taki's eyes are gold and he has them narrowed most of the time in thought. Taki's tail is long and always shows his mood. His paw's a big and often make him the laughingstock of the pride. This young pridelander is a great hunter when his paws don't get in the way, but he does mean well.
History: Taki's history is a horrible one. Taki's parents were born in the Pridelands, but his parents betrayed the Pridelanders, Hence Taki's dark pelt. Taki ran away from the Outlanders and rejoined the Pridelanders. It took a long time, but when the Outlanders tried one of their attacks on the Pridelands Taki was there to defend his new home with tooth and claw. In the end Taki was finally accepted as a full Member of the Pridelands. Taki's parents had killed for pleasure many times, but Taki killed only when necessary. Now Taki is looking for a mate. Taki has his put his eyes on the princess, but he knows that she will probably ignore him lovewise. The young black lion still remembers what his parents did and how they tried to force him to join them.
Personality: Taki is gentle and caring. He is also flirty with all of the lionesses of the Pridelands. Taki will do anything to get attention, but he is friendly. The young lion is lovable and he will defend those that need his help. Taki has to prove to the pride many times over that he is not like his parents. Some of the other pride Members trust him and some don't. Taki will do anything to attract a mate, but he isn't doing very well in trying to get the right for him. Even though the dark lion has a flawfull body, but his heart is always in the light. His eyes shine with love and happiness. Taki is happy around other lions in his pride, but in battle he is fierce and strong-willed.

RP example: Taki padded out of the den and stretched. Today the young dark lion was going to try his luck on a lone hunt. He took a deep breath and wished himself luck. He slowly walked down the walkway and to the ground below. First he went to the lake to quench his thirst. He then waded into the lake and cooled himself for the day ahead. "Ahhhh. I know this day is going to be great," Taki mumbled to himself. He waded around the lake for awhile and then exited the water. Next he decided to go to the grasslands to see if he could catch an antelope. Taki's pelt blended in somewhat to the grass around him, but one wrong move and he would be spotted by the prey. He stalked forward and he felt a rock underneath his paw. 'No!' Taki thought. Even if Taki moved his paw away slowly the rock would rattle and startle the antelope. Taki knew that he had to take a risk and try anyway. He moved his paw away and it seemed that the Great Kings were with him that day because the rock didn't make a sound. Taki stalked forward more and then came close to the herd of antelope. The young lion licked his chops hoping to keep his pride well fed for the next few days. He continued forward and when he chose his target he leapt. The antelope had obviously seen him and as soon as he leapt they scattered. 'The Great Kings aren't with me today.' He returned to Priderock depressed and sad that the pride would be out of a meal because of his stupidity.
